Because the guidelines listed on this site are specific, we do not inspect items on-the-spot while you wait. We do not have a storage room or dumpster, so we cannot provide storage for unaccepted items, nor call consignors to retrieve items.

*SPECIAL NOTE: We sometimes have a waitlist for signing up new consignors because it is a privilege to consign with us. We also feel privileged to work with you! We love selling the BEST THINGS. Therefore, we may terminate existing consignors' accounts for continuously dropping off items that disregard our guidelines. We only work with consignors who drop off MINT CONDITION fashions and home goods.
